Submit to the Process
Faith isn’t magic, and it isn’t handed to you without a fight. Anyone who told you that becoming a Christian means everything gets easy was lying to you—we live in a broken, fallen world. God allows us to go through long, difficult processes because it develops character, patience, and strength in us that we desperately need for what comes next.
God’s plan works, and you do not get where you are going unless you continue. I am celebrating 11 years clean because I chose to stay submitted to the process and stand on objective truth.
The Command: Stay submitted to the process. Require yourself to praise God when life feels heavy, learn the Word, and trust Him through the trial. Other people are watching how you carry your faith—walk it out with joy.
