Discipline, Security, and Real Hope
Having savings gives you breathing room when life goes sideways, but your bank account is not your God. Put money aside, stop touching it, and build practical discipline. Then, take that same intentionality and store up treasures in heaven by pouring into others. When you give freely, God provides back in good measure, pressed down, shaken together, and running over.
God took a hard street lesson from my past and redeemed it to teach me discipline. Today, I don’t carry debt, I don’t pay interest, and my real account is with Him.
The Command: Build the discipline to save what you have, keep your trust rooted solely in Jesus Christ, and be generous with those around you.
