Don’t you find that in our culture, it is harder for women to “follow” any leader? We’re expected to be autonomous and in need of nobody but ourselves.
You have hit on where true joy is found. Following Jesus! If He created us and knows every fiber of our being, it only makes sense that He’s the only One worth following; the only One who honors us when we follow Him.
Like every other phase of life, it’s a discipline but a well-worth discipline!
