Encouragement: There will always be people around you who have less. This is a fabulous opportunity for you to demonstrate My heart towards them. However, doing this to gain some sort of recognition robs you of the real benefit. I am your example and what I give is always given to accomplish My Father’s purposes. If you do something with an attitude of expectancy you steel the glory that was meant for Him, and keep yourself from enjoying the pleasure of My perfect reward.
Guidance: Matthew 6:34 VOICE – When you give to the needy, do it in secret—even your left hand should not know what your right hand is doing. Then your Father, who sees in secret, will reward you.
