TimeOut:
Does Your Rubber Meet the Road 🚗
When Faith Gets Tested, Do You Stand or Stumble? ✨
Have you ever felt completely worn out? Like you’re drowning in a storm of family crises and personal pressure, wondering how you’re supposed to keep talking about a faithful God?
That’s exactly where I was—facing a mountain of challenges with my family’s health and the weight of my work. It felt heavy. It felt impossible. And in that moment, I had to face a hard question.
This is Where the Rubber Meets the Road:
This is that moment where your faith has to be more than just words. It’s easy to trust God when things are good, but the real test comes when your feelings are screaming anxiety and your life is a chaotic mess.
Here’s the truth I had to learn: Trusting God doesn’t mean you stop feeling overwhelmed. True faith is feeling all of it and choosing to trust Him anyway, right in the middle of it. You have to feel those things to get over them and choose to trust *through* them.
It’s Not Balance, It’s Dependence:
We think we have to “balance” it all on some crazy tightrope. That’s a lie. The answer isn’t balance; it’s total dependence.
It’s about taking your eyes off the shaky ground and focusing on the goal—Jesus. He’s the one who holds it all together, not you. It’s not about what you can handle; it’s about trusting who He is.
Stop trying to carry the weight yourself. Let your faith be more than just a belief; let it be your action. This message is for anyone who feels like their faith is being put to the test. It’s time to let go and trust the One who is faithful through it all.
