Encouragement:
The only way to check your spiritual
health is by honestly evaluating your thoughts and
emotions. Life on this earth is painful and difficult. The
circumstances you’ve endured have created a sense of
instability. These thoughts and feelings are not true—
you are not unstable. You belong to Me and I have the
ability and authority to be everything you need. The time
has come for you to dispel doubt and allow My Spirit to
establish you on the solid rock of authentic trust.
Guidance:
The Eternal is my rock, my fortress, and my
salvation; He is my True God, the stronghold in which I
hide, my strong shield, the horn that calls forth help, and
