Keep on keeping on 🏃‍♀️

Reminder:

Keep on keeping on 🏃‍♀️

Encouragement:

Instead of dwelling on things that are unjust or upsetting, set your sights on that which is helping you grow and develop spiritually. These are not always easy to identify but if you push yourself you’ll find them. Once you recognize the power found in continuing on, maintaining forward movement will become automatic. If you’ll honestly look at your surroundings the things of this earth will lose their luster, causing eternal things to gain a beautiful glow.

Guidance:

“Brethren, I do not count myself to have apprehended; but one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind and reaching forward to those things which are ahead, I press toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus.”
— Philippians 3:13-14 (VOICE)

  1. Great timing, Texas.
My daughter and her BF are alcoholics, and their relationship is toxic, and she has become toxic to my wife and me.
I’ve had to set boundaries, and they do not feel good. I am a recovering addict and recently diagnosed (my sponsor called it out) codependent, enmeshed in her life and her well-being. Separation is hard, especially when she has been a “daddy’s girl” for 30 years.

I am going to hold on to this during this season – thank you.

    • Danny, sorry to hear all you’re going through. But proud of your response and you’re willingness to hear God’s voice. Thanks so much for the comment, it is such an encouragement to me to know that God is using this content. I will keep you and your daughter in my prayers. Blessings to you, Texas
