You can make the choice not to be manipulated by fear because My love covers all your sin. Once you identify this as truth and learn to rest in it, nothing will be able to scare you. A steadfast place of total assurance is found when you become one with Me. Be sure that I will bring you through any maze of difficulty or uncertainty. The start of your healing and restoration comes from realizing that I have taken your punishment from you.
Guidance:
Love will never invoke fear. Perfect love expels fear, particularly the fear of punishment. The one who fears punishment has not been completed through love.

“I’ve absorbed your punishment” I’ve never thought of it like that. “absorbed”. I’ve got to sit with that and meditate on it. I think I’ve finally gotten over “shame” but maybe, for the first time in 63 years, I can stop thinking I still need to be punished for something.
