Altering your perspective requires forgiveness.
Encouragement:
There will always be people who hurt and offend you. Although I do not want you to fear or over-anticipate these things, I do want you to be realistic about them. When you bless people, in spite of their behavior, you release blessings on yourself. Forgiveness must be given in order for My healing power to take over. Continuing to hurt others hurts you because it alienates you from receiving the fullness of My favor.
Guidance:
When you pray, if you remember anyone who has wronged you, forgive him so that God above can also forgive you. If you don’t forgive others, don’t expect God’s forgiveness. – Mark 11:25-26 (VOICE)
