“God is in charge, not in control. We have a choice, but God knows tomorrow and turns every piece of crap in our lives into a beautiful mosaic.”
The Trench Reality:
In Charge, Not In Control
Saying God is in control makes Him sound like a puppet master pulling strings and making bad things happen to us. We live in a fallen world where humans have real choice, and people often make terrible, destructive choices. But God is in charge. He sees tomorrow, He knows how the story ends, and He has the ultimate authority to take our brokenness and build something breathtaking out of it.
If God can give purpose and joy to someone serving a life sentence behind bars, He can handle whatever dark room you are sitting in today. I spent over a decade in severe addiction and bad choices, but God restored my life because He is always faithful.
The Command: Stop letting feelings of panic or depression tell you that your story is over. Stand firm on the truth that God is in charge, do what He says to do next, and remember that with Him, you win in the end.
Beautiful mosaic out of all the brokenpieces is SOO TRUEE!!! And HE HAS!! your Words are so encouraging and uplifting no matter what situation or season Your in GODS IN CHARGE!! . He knows what’s BEST for US even when it’s HARD to accept or SEE .
Yes, He does, and learning to trust Him is the only real battle we face. The great news is, it gets easier the more you do it. Thanks for your comment.
