“Feelings are subject to instantaneous change and you cannot rely on them. They are not dependable.”

The Trench Reality:

Beat Up, But Not Finished

Life hits hard, and there are days when you look and feel beat up. Acknowledging your pain is not a lack of faith, but letting feelings run your life is a trap. Feelings shift second by second and cannot be trusted. God doesn’t change, He is constant, and He is always able—no matter how heavy the trial feels.

God’s plan works, and you do not get where you are going unless you continue. I am celebrating 11 years clean because I refused to let my emotions override objective truth.

The Command: Stop letting undependable feelings dictate your obedience. Be transparent about your pain, but execute the discipline to stand up and say “But God.” Operate in what you know, not what you feel.
