There’s no doubt about it, sometimes this life gets real ugly. Here is your best remedy for coping. When you feel trapped or overwhelmed take the time to make connecting with Me your number one priority. My presence is where you will find your footing and settle into a peaceful state of mind. Rehearse who I’ve told you you are and reject any interference that tries to discredit this truth. It’s easy to decipher which voice is accurate because whatever I say brings life and everything else brings death.
