Encouragement:
Once you recognize My willingness to interact with you, being quiet becomes purposeful. Stillness is the only place where restoration and refreshment can be found. This is something you need. Often. Worry is the number one distraction that keeps you from identifying My presents. This emotion is stimulated to hinder you from feeling My closeness because once you identify that I am near, anxiety can no longer stay. It is your responsibility to calm yourself down and choose to trust Me with your life.
