Encouragement:

Refuse to allow distractions to keep you from taking the time needed to rest and catch your breath. Otherwise, you’ll become exhausted by the many demands on your time and energy. This current season requires you to stay alert and challenged in ways that exercise your spiritual growth without much movement. Time spent with Me is a fast track to accomplishing this.

Guidance:
